The walkathon being undertaken by Nara Lokesh, the son of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu seems to be going nowhere in terms of establishing a mass connect with the people. Even pro-TDP media is unable to call it a success despite padding up.
Many feel that forget connecting with people, Lokesh is even unable to connect with his own party cadres. The crowd around him is fully filled with volunteers numbering around 400 and security staff and no one has a clue as to how many people from the society are able to make it.
There is a strong opinion gaining ground in TDP itself that Lokesh could have taken up a bus ride and organized regular meetings by gaining the cadre confidence fully before taking up this walkathon. It seems to be fetching no big mileage for him as well as his party which is worrying his father CBN.
