Just few weeks back we had revealed how Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja was on tenterhooks as a lot of anxiety was on his release ‘Dhamaka’. Cut to the present, the Mass Maharaj is on cloud nine and there is a very good reason for that. ‘Dhamaka’ is slated to change the fortunes of this mass star.
Some of his earlier movies like ‘Krack’ ‘Balupu’ ‘Power’ did well in terms of box office collections and they were able to get a ‘share’ of 25+ crores. Among them ‘Krack’ topped the list with 39.1 crores ‘share’. But now, even that place has been taken by ‘Dhamaka’. The film has clocked 39.6+ crores ‘share’ as per market reports.
This means that the film has become Ravi Teja’s career best movie and since there is one more week to go before the Sankranthi biggies arrive, ‘Dhamaka’ can make use of this time and bag some more revenue. As such, the film didn’t have a great storyline but the energy of Ravi Teja and the glamour of Sree Leela did the needful at the box office. With this, Ravi Teja is once again back into the game of making big bucks and reasserting his position as a top star.
