'Bhaje Vayu Vegam' is the title of actor Kartikeya Gummakonda's next. Produced by UV Concepts, its release date is blocked.
The film, touted to be an emotional action thriller, will hit the screens on May 31.
Starring Iswarya Menon as the female lead, the film has the hero as a cricketer whose father meets with a tragic end. Purportedly, that's because a politician frames him in a drug case. The machinations of the villain are sought to be upstaged by the hero.
'Happy Days' fame Rahul Tyson in a key role. For now, his role has been kept in suspense. The film's trailer is expected to spill the beans.
Helmed by Prashanth Reddy, the film's teaser was released recently. Its trailer will be out in the second or third week of this month.
Tanikella Bharani, Ravi Shankar, Sarath Lohitaswa of 'Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha' fame (playing an aggressive crook) and others are associated with the project. Madhu Srinivas is penning the dialogue. With art direction by Gandhi Nadikudikar, the film is edited by Satya G. RD Rajasekhar is its director of photography, while the music has been done by Radhan (a song titled 'Set Ayyindhe' is due to be released this Thursday). Kapil Kumar is lending the background score.
