Wedding songs that are rooted have a certain ring to them. 'Lachhimakka' from the upcoming movie 'Jithender Reddy' is one such song. Composed by Gopi Sunder, the joyous song has been crooned by the talented Mangli, who leaves her signature on the song. Director Virinchi Varma ensures that the expressions of the actors and the dance choreography are not overly dramatic. After a campus song like 'A aa E ee U uu', this one is a healthy follow-up. By now, it is clear that the tone of the film is not going to be uniformly serious.
Rakesh Varre is playing a spirited youngster who is the titular character. Vaishali Raj is the female protagonist, while Riya Suman has a key role. 'Chatrapathi' Sekhar, Subbaraju and Ravi Prakash are part of the cast. The film's teaser has already been released.
Edited by Rama Krishna Arram, the film's cinematography has been handled by VS Gnana Sekhar.
Producer Muduganti Ravinder Reddy is planning to release the film in theatres on May 3.
