'Radha Madhavam' Trailer: Caste differences threaten a love saga

The central conflict plot point in 'Radha Madhavam' is familiar. Writer-director Eshaku Dasari uses the issue of social differences between the 'lower-caste' male and 'upper-caste' female to build an emotional, tense romantic saga set in a village. GVK Creations today unveiled the film's trailer.

Starring Vinayak Desai, Aparna Devi, and Meka Ramakrishna in lead roles, the romantic action drama is produced by Gonal Venkatesh. Vasant Venkat Bala has penned the story, dialogues and lyrics. Bala's story is accentuated by the screenplay from Dasari.

Themes such as childhood romance, traditional folk music, the disappointment of an elder grappling with persistent social issues in the village, and resistance to love are interwoven in 'Radha Madhavam'. The narrative further unfolds with elements like elopement, an obstinate caste supremacist, a political subplot, subtle conspiracies, and sudden machinations, all contributing to a storyline marked by a struggle for dominance. 'Radha Madhavam' endeavors to be a compelling romantic drama, delving into intense emotions and wobbly relationships.

Music director Chaitu Kolli, cinematographer Taj (GDK), editor K Ramesh, choreographer Ram Satyam, and fight master Rabin Subbu have worked on the movie.
