'Sarkaaru Noukari', directed by Sekhar Gangamouni, stars playback singer Sunitha's son Akash as the hero. Bhavana Vazhapandal is its female lead.
The entertainer will hit the screens on January 1, 2024. Presenter K Raghavendra Rao today announced the release date. "Get ready to experience the blend of love & one man’s aspirations," the legendary director wrote on Twitter.
"This movie will be different from Raghavendra Rao's style and will suit the tastes of the current generation. Our movie has been appreciated by the Censor Board members," the makers said.
Tanikella Bharani, Surya, Sai Srinivas Vadlamani, Manichandana, Rajeshwari Mullapudi, Ramya Kolhoori, and Trinath feature in different roles. Suresh Bobbili is its music director.
The film is going to hit the screens just two days after the release of Nandamuri Kalyanram's 'Devil', Roshan Kanakala's 'Bubblegum' and Ram Gopal Varma-directed 'Vyooham' on December 29.
Usually, New Year's Day releases are avoided. But the makers of 'Sarkaaru Noukari' want to start the year 2024 with a bang. In a span of a couple of days, two newcomers will be testing their luck at the box office: Roshan and Akash. Roshan is Suma Kanakala's son, while Akash is singer Sunitha's son.
