Visakhapatnam's beautiful coastal areas have always been a favorite among tourists, including Tollywood celebrities. Megastar Chiranjeevi had expressed his desire to build a house in Visakha in the past, and music director Thaman recently revealed his plans to settle in Visakhapatnam after retirement.
He also reportedly revealed his plans to build a music recording studio in Bhimili, where the beach is located, due to the excellent weather and the beauty of the beach from Rishi Konda to Bhimili.
Thaman started an audio engineering-music production studio jointly with St Luke's and Andhra University VC in Visakhapatnam. He praised Andhra as the birthplace of many famous poets, actors, and musicians and said that the language here is inspiring. The studio has been set up in the first phase with an investment of 3.5 crores, and it also serves as a practical training center for students.
The government has encouraged the film industry to set up a film industry in Visakhapatnam and has promised to offer all kinds of incentives to the elders who come forward to do so. AP CM Jagan has been quite serious about promoting Vizag and this latest move can be described as a positive step in the right direction.
