The movie 'Dasara' has left the audience confused about who the hero of the story is, as Nani and Deekshith Shetty have challenged each other in the first half of the film. Deekshith Shetty, who played the role of Nani's best friend Suri, has made a superb debut in Tollywood with this film. He had a solid role in the movie and had a lot of scope to perform, even dominating Nani in some scenes.
Although Nani takes over in the second half, the entire first half belonged to Deekshith's Suri character, and he did 100% justice to the role. Some people on social media have discussed how a well-known Telugu actor could have been cast in the role, but Deekshith's performance was perfect and left an impact.
The fact that Suri gets the love interest, Vennela, in the film shows that Deekshith was given a solid role, and he gave a performance that is on par with Nani and Keerthy Suresh in the movie. Srikanth Odela might have considered young Telugu heroes for the role, but they did not show much interest. Overall, Deekshith Shetty has proven his talent as an actor in 'Dasara'.
