A cinema hall with a bar attached to it. Yes, India has got one. PVR Inox, the national multiplex chain, made it possible at the Jio World Plaza in Mumbai. PVR Inox launched its Maison Inox, a 6-screen luxury multiplex with Gatsby's Bar. Besides, a premium IMAX screen is also available here alongside two luxury and three premium screens.
"Boasting of a lot of firsts, this is a 6-screen property with a seating capacity of 790 audience, including our trademark Insignia area with two screens, and the Galleria area with one IMAX screen with laser technology, and three premiere screens. It is the first cinema in India with an exclusive bar and lounge. It offers cocktails handcrafted by Santanu Chanda, voted India’s top mixologist in 2022," the promoters said.
The promoters further added, "The resto-bar, christened as The Gatsby Bar, has interiors with a retro twist. The IMAX lounge is designed with a classy and high tech light feature and a dedicated food counter."
