What actually has happened?Telangana Traffic Police made Road-12 Banjara Hills a signal-free road as a new experiment. They have blocked some U-turns and right-turns in this regard. This has created a confusion among the public and the traffic started to divert to other roads that lead to film nagar. Many places are getting jammed with this and so happened at a junction in Film Nagar as well.As there were no cops around, the frustrated Suresh Babu who was moving on the road at night, got down to control the traffic with the help of a few other citizens. This seems like a Gandhian protest against the Telangana police.
