Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence on Thursday, which has led to speculation and political discussion within both the Congress and the BJP parties. The meeting between the two lasted for around 20 minutes.

Following the meeting, MP Venkat Reddy held a press conference and denied discussing politics with PM Modi. Instead, he stated that he had discussed various schemes that could benefit the people and farmers in his Lok Sabha constituency. He requested that PM Modi sanction funds and implement these schemes, to which Modi had promised to take appropriate measures to support his constituency.

During the press conference, Venkat Reddy also criticized Telangana CM KCR for not allocating funds for the extension of MMTS from Ghatkesar to Rayagiri, which is close to Yadagirigutta, a devotional stop. He also highlighted the lack of attention from the CM towards rain-affected farm lands, and assured people that he would support them during these challenging times.

While Venkat Reddy did not reveal everything that was discussed with PM Modi, he emphasized that his first priority is his Lok Sabha constituency and the people who voted for him. Despite his denial of discussing politics with PM Modi, rumors of him joining the BJP have sparked a debate.
