Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy asserted that the manifesto is like a Quran, Bible, Bhagavad Gita during a public meeting held in Madanapalle of Annamaya district on Tuesday April 2 , 2024. Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy was on a 21 day bus yatra titled ‘Memantha Siddham’ to reach out to the Andhra people in view of upcoming General elections 2024.
Speaking on the occasion, Reddy said, “To me, the manifesto holds the same significance as of sacred texts like the Quran, the Bible, and the Bhagavad Gita. I fulfilled all the promises I made in the previous manifesto released during the 2019 election. In the 58 months of YSRCP governance, we displayed unwavering loyalty and commitment to the promises made to the people.”
Reddy further added that they(YSRCP) have ensured the development of the state which never in the past has witnessed. So only YSRCP has the moral right to approach the people and ask for their votes, stressed Jagan.
Terming 2024 general election as a Kurukhketra, Reddy said “YSRCP which is pro-poor, will ensure the victory. To ensure a better future for the younger generation it is vital for the YSRCP government to come to power once again”.
