Jagan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has reportedly instructed his core team to come up with ways to appease the youth, employees, and teachers after the defeat in the previous matriculation elections. Jagan is said to be considering providing cost-free benefits, as there is no money in the state treasury to implement the promises he made in the past.

One of the first steps in this direction is the relaxation of child care leave rules for women employees, allowing them to use the leave anytime during their service. However, promises like the cancellation of CPS and the provision of unemployment benefits may not be possible to implement.

The recent strict enforcement of biometric attendance and face recognition has led to increased dissatisfaction among teachers, but it seems that instructions have been sent to officials to ease up on them and other job categories until the elections.

The YCP leaders are reportedly changing their strategy to gain a soft corner in the employee and teacher sections, as they believe that it is not possible to bring all these groups to their way of thinking, as was evident in the latest MLC elections.

Despite the regular updates being given by YCP ministers, MLAs, and MPs, Jagan is believed to have understood the situation and is making plans to take corrective measures to ensure progress.
