For a long time, Chief Minister Y S Jagan has been enjoying the patronage of the people of Andhra Pradesh and of course his party members. However, with elections approaching, some voices of resentment are also seeping in. After Anam Ramnarayan Reddy, another name which is making a lot of noise is that of Kotamreddy Sridhar.

Kotamreddy who is the MLA of Nellore Rural has been criticizing the ways of Jagan and the party in a big way. Not stopping at that, he has also been sending strong hints of how TDP was a better government and how welfare used to happen during that regime. Those who are reading between the lines are saying that Kotamreddy will mostly jump into TDP at the right moment. However, there are many big heads of TDP in Nellore and they would definitely not entertain this.

Given all this, the political experts are now discussing how the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu will fix the Kotamreddy issue if he indeed plans to join the party. Those who know Naidu say he is an expert at coming up with solutions to such issues and in fact he might be feeling delighted inside after hearing this kind of opposition from Kotamreddy towards Jagan.

On the other side, a strong opinion is coming in that even if Kotamreddy joins TDP it is not going to help much because Jagan is already preparing the ground to field someone very powerful from the Nellore region. From his end, Kotamreddy has pledged that he is going to continue his share of protests in the form of Dharnas and other activities. He added that once MLC elections are completed, he is going to expand his protests throughout the Nellore district. Well, he sure seems to be in a rebellion mode so it remains to be seen how all this will pay off for him in the long run.
