It is known that hectic backchannel efforts are in the offing to make sure that TDP and Jana Sena fix a pre poll alliance in their desperation to unseat CM Jagan and grab the power during next assembly polls in Andhra Pradesh.
In this regard, sources say that apart from seat negotiations, there is also some understanding as to what Naga Babu will get. The latter contested as an MP last time and lost miserably and this time he reportedly wanted to confine himself to doing political ground work.
Hence, Pawan seems to have got an assurance from TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu that in the event of the alliance succeeding with good number of seats, Naga Babu should be given a Rajya Sabha seat and even Babu has reportedly agreed to do the same as far as Pawan's elder brother future is concerned.
