The contingent of BRS MPs in Parliament boycotted the traditional President address today in protest against the alleged anti-people policies of the Narendra Modi government at the centre. They staged their protest outside the parliament where they tore down the BJP government.
In what is being seen as a punch phrase, the MP's of BRS ridiculed the Modi government saying that it is high time that they bring the 'Adani Act' in the parliament and get it approved. They want this act to discourage crony capitalism and corporate loot with the direct support of the ruling government.
The mention of Adani Act has also attracted the attention of national media who are more than happy to see this latest phrase by the party, which is now emerging as a pan-India entity to challenge the BJP at the centre.
