Here's a strong announcement in a media channel that Netflix will be releasing 16 Telugu-language films that will be featured on Netflix after their theatrical release. Most of the films will also be available in Tamil, Kannada as well as Malayalam.
A major budget film that will be releasing is the Mahesh Babu starrer produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations currently called 'SSMB28'. The film is being directed by Trivikram Srinivas and has Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer, produced by AK Entertainments' 'Bhola Shankar' will also feature on Netflix. The film is being directed by Meher Ramesh while Tamannaah Bhatia and Keerthy Suresh are the female leads.
Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas also has two films releasing on Netflix. This includes an untitled film starring Naga Shaurya, directed by Pawan Basamsetti; and 'Dasara', starring Nani and Keerthy Suresh, which has been directed by Srikanth Odela. Anushka Shetty is working in UV Creations' production No. 14, which is being directed by Mahesh Babu P. and it also has Naveen Polishetty. Actor Kartikeya Gummakonda's eighth film, directed by Prashanth Reddy will also release on Netflix.
People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts' 'Dhamaka' featuring Ravi Teja stars and directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina will release on Netflix soon. Another film is Sundeep Kishan starrer Studio Green's 'Buddy', which is being directed by Sam Anton. Mythri Movie Makers has two films that will be released on Netflix. One is 'Amigos', starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and Ashika Ranganath and then Clap Entertainment's 'Meter', starring Kiran Abbavaram, which is being directed by Ramesh Kaduri.
Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP's 'VT12', starring Varun Tej, which is being directed by Praveen Sattaru; and Sukumar Writings, 'Virupaksha', starring Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon, which is being directed by Karthik Varma Dandu. Another film is '18 Pages', starring Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameswaran. The film which released recently has been directed by Surya Pratap Palnati.
Sithara Entertainments alongside Fortune Four Cinemas has four movies that will feature on Netflix. 'Butta Bomma', starring Anikha Surendran, Surya Vasishta and Arjun, directed by Shourie Chandrasekhar Ramesh followed by Srikara Studios's film called 'PVT04', starring Panja Vaisshnav Tej and Sreeleela, which is being directed by Srikanth Reddy and 'Tillu Square', starring Sidhu Jonnalagadda and Anupama Parameswaran, which will be directed by Mallik Ram will release on Netflix.
