Thankam is a Malayalam crime drama directed by Saheed Arafath. Set in Thrissur, popularly known as the gold capital of India, the film follows the lives of two gold agents named Kannan and Muthu, who travel to Mumbai to distribute the gold. The path towards the destination seems crooked as they have to face many obstacles that get them into all sorts of trouble. The film stars Biju Menon, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali, Girish Kulkarni and Kochu Preman in prominent roles.
