DVV Danayya, the producer of the blockbuster film RRR, has recently addressed rumors concerning the film's Oscar campaign. There were reports circulating that director SS Rajamouli had spent approximately Rs 80 crores from his own pocket on the campaign, leaving Danayya out of the celebration. As Rajamouli started traveling alone to the USA, the rumors grew on social media. However, Danayya has now spoken out about these claims.

Danayya has denied these allegations and stated that he did not spend any money on the Oscar campaign and was unaware of what had happened. He also believes that it is improbable for anyone to spend such a large sum of money on an awards event.

Despite his significant contributions to RRR, a few media outlets accused Rajamouli of intentionally sidelining Danayya to take all the credit at the Oscars. Danayya refuted these claims and expressed his pride in being remembered as the producer of RRR, which not only won the hearts of audiences worldwide but also brought an Oscar to the country.

He also thanked Rajamouli for allowing him to produce such a magnificent film and stated that history would remember him as the producer of RRR. Finally, Danayya expressed his joy at seeing two heirs from the Nandamuri and mega families come together on the big screen for the film.
