The recent Bollywood release 'Pathaan' featuring Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is setting not just the screens but also the box office on fire. The film has become the fastest hindi flick to reach the 200 crore club and in the opening weekend, it has clocked Rs 335 crores in India while the overseas collection came to Rs 208 crores.

The makers are gung ho about the whole outcome and reports from Mumbai reveal they are already mulling the idea of having a sequel. Well, those who heard this are raising their eyebrows. Yes, there is no doubt that 'Pathaan' made good money but the factors contributing to it were not the story or the content but external factors.

The drought of SRK since 4 years, the timing of the release and the release strategy wherein majority of theatres across India had this movie were key to the success than its subject. So now, some experts are advising that if a sequel is being planned then the team has to do some serious work on its storyline and build some substance with depth or else it will bomb at the box office.
